Design-her Gals, LLC uses UPS within the USA and Canada, as well as many other areas around the globe, including Asia, Australia and South America. If your order is being delivered to Europe, you need to go to www.designhergals.co.uk to order.  Please note: WE DO NOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES.

WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR ORDER:

All orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days of being placed with the exception of custom orders which may take longer.

If you selected UPS GROUND, your package will have a delivery range of 3-6 business days, depending on your location (FOB Minnesota). For orders shipped UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day or NEXT DAY please note that these are guaranteed for business day arrivals only. Do NOT include weekends, holidays or the ship date to calculate your estimated arrival.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER IF SENT UPS: Once your package has left our warehouse you will receive an email with your shipping information. If you did not receive an email, please log into your Design-her Gals account, click on MY ACCOUNT, MY ORDERS and click on your order number. You will find the UPS tracking number at the top right corner. If after tracking your package on ups.com you still require assistance, please feel free to email us at contact us with any questions regarding your order.
